On Friday, 16 of the world’s renowned chefs travel to Lapland to get accustomed with local culinary culture.
The weekend culminates with a Monday’s banquet, where participants will improvise a menu of ten dishes based on local ingredients.
The weekend is the third step of the “Cook It Raw” culinary event launched in Copenhagen a year ago of a Finnish initiative.
