Finland estimates it is eligible fo up to 75 million euros from EU solidarity fund after being hit by storm following a wave of unprecedent heat. Thousands of people are still isolated, with no electricity and very poor mobile phones connections, wile over 600 000 cubic meters of wood were fell by by storm, some blocking roads. | |
